Is it right for you?
415 Colorado opened in 2025 with new finishes, a 19th floor pool deck and a Swedish Hill bakery in the lobby. Residents praise its maintenance and concierge staff. The most common complaint in reviews is music from the rooftop bar across West 5th Street at night.
A good fit if
You want a tower that opened in 2025, with gas cooktops and a full size washer and dryer
You'd use a 19th floor pool deck with grills, a gym and rooms to work in, plus a sky lounge on floor 46
You want Swedish Hill bakery in the building and Congress Avenue one block east
Maybe not if
You sleep lightly: residents on the north side hear music from Luna Rooftop across West 5th Street Thursday to Sunday nights
You'd rather not pay $168 to $193 a month in fixed fees on top of rent, plus a $300 application fee
You want time to think at renewal: residents say offers come about 65 days out, with notice due at 60
